Compost Giveaway 2024 - Volunteer Form

Thank you for volunteering at our Bloomington Compost Giveaway! 

The Compost Giveaway will take place from 9:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 11 at the Bloomington Western Maintenance Facility, 10500 Hampshire Ave S.  

 New this year, only participants in the organics recycling program (curbside or drop-off) will be able to pick up compost.  Also new this year, residents need to RSVP ahead of time to secure their compost as well as a time slot to pick it up.  Residents can choose to pick up compost from 9-10AM, 10-11AM, 11AM-12PM or 12PM - 1PM.  The designated timeslots are meant to allow us better manage  traffic at the event. 

This is a popular event, and we couldn't do it without your help!  Volunteers will be able to take home 3 bags of compost.
